Identifying the Right Home Ownership Service Provider
First time homebuyers who live in West Oakland can access the Center's resources for information on various aspects of home ownership and the homebuying process. Home ownership counselors, banks and other professionals have scheduled monthly hours at the Center and are available to guide you through various questions including how much home you can afford, the best type of mortgage product for you, available inventory in the local area, and more.
