The West Oakland Home Ownership Assistance Center offers information and resource direction for area residents considering home ownership for the first time. Home ownership counselors, mortgage loan officers, and other professional service providers meet clients by appointment at the Center for individual counseling and scheduled group workshops and seminars.
The West Oakland Home Ownership Assistance Center is located at 1364 7th Street, a half block east of Mandela Parkway across from the West Oakland BART station.
